Where Will You Spend Eternity?
Our sin prevents us from entering heaven and having eternal life.
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 3:23
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23
God sent His Son, Jesus, to die on the cross to save us from our sins and hell.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16
We must personally repent of our sins, believe that Jesus died for us, and receive Him as our Savior and the gift of eternal life.
I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Luke 13:3
And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. Acts 16:31
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: John 1:12
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10
No Amount of good works can save us.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Titus 3:5
Thank Him for what He's done and "grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ" by reading the Bible, praying, sharing your faith in Christ, and having fellowship with other believers.
But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen. 2 Peter 3:18
